1. Operator and acceptance

Visit Ajloun is operated by ألفا للخدمات, with its official address at الأردن – عجلون – شارع الصناعة والتجارة.

By using Visit Ajloun, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the published Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

For support, legal notices, privacy questions, or requests to correct or remove establishment information or media, contact visitajloun@gmail.com.

2. Nature of the service and intended audience

Visit Ajloun is a general tourism-information application. It may provide Arabic and English information about attractions, accommodation, restaurants, entertainment, maps, weather, contact methods, Offers, and Events. It is not specifically directed to children. The app does not state a specific minimum age unless one is later required by applicable law or store policy.

3. No account required

Ordinary tourist use of Visit Ajloun does not require an account or sign-in. The app does not provide ordinary-user account creation, profile management, or account deletion because no ordinary public account is created.

If account features are introduced in the future, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant user controls will be updated before those features are made available.

4. Tourism information

Tourism information, prices, opening times, availability, accessibility, safety conditions, reservations, and service details may change. You should confirm important information directly with the relevant establishment or service operator before relying on it or making travel decisions.

Visit Ajloun does not guarantee that every listing, route, price, event, offer, weather condition, opening time, or availability statement is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

5. Optional location and external services

Location is optional, foreground-only, and requested after you choose a location-based feature. Visit Ajloun does not request or use background location.

Call, WhatsApp, Directions, and other external links are user-initiated. Selecting one leaves the Visit Ajloun app or opens another service. Visit Ajloun does not place a call, send a message, or start navigation on your behalf. The external service's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Map and weather features may be provided through third-party services and may be delayed, unavailable, or subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

6. Offers, Events, bookings, and payments

Visit Ajloun may publish moderated Offers and Events through a Visit Ajloun-owned service. Information about an Offer or Event may change and should be confirmed with the relevant organizer or establishment.

Visit Ajloun is not a booking agent, payment processor, seller, or party to a transaction between a tourist and an establishment, organizer, or other service provider.

7. Offline and cached information

The app may display saved or cached information when connectivity is limited. Offline or cached information may be stale, incomplete, or no longer displayed. It must not be treated as a guarantee that an establishment, event, route, weather condition, offer, price, or service remains current or available.

8. Acceptable use and security

You must not:

• interfere with the app or its services;
• attempt unauthorized access or defeat security controls;
• introduce malicious code or misuse contact information;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute content in violation of applicable rights or law;
• impersonate another person; or
• use the app for an unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Visit Ajloun may restrict access to protect users, content, service availability, security, or legal compliance.

9. Content, media, and corrections

Visit Ajloun publishes tourism and business information and media that is collected, supplied, authorized, licensed, or otherwise lawfully usable for the relevant purpose. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable rights, licenses, notices, and attributions. Content appearing in the app does not by itself transfer ownership of third-party establishment information or media to Visit Ajloun.

Rights holders and affected persons may request correction, update, or removal by contacting visitajloun@gmail.com. Visit Ajloun may request information reasonably needed to verify and process the request.

10. Availability and changes

The app or any feature may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. Map, weather, cloud, telecommunications, device, and Events services may be unavailable independently of Visit Ajloun.

11. Disclaimers and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visit Ajloun does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all tourism, map, weather, Event, Offer, price, safety, route, or availability information is complete, accurate, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits a consumer right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by قوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the app, its providers, applicable law, or operating practices change. The published copy will show its effective or updated date. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and the notice provided with the update.
